Scheduled Tub Maintenance – Ideal For Landlords
We have an ongoing service agreement for rental properties that works with either refinished or restored bathtubs. It works like this:
- Prior to renting the unit, we will restore or refinish the fixture.
- We will photograph the tub for your records, and for the tenant’s reference.
- We will provide you with two copies of our easy care instructions. One for the tenant to sign, and one for your records.
- Upon move out, we will inspect the bathtub or shower at no cost. If work needs to be performed we will provide you a written estimate, and you can pass those costs on to your tenant if you should so desire.
